Britney Being Sued For Perfume Line

If you read my last report, you would have seen that Britney has been offered $100 million for Vegas gigs, but it has also been reported that she will be sued for $10 million over her perfume line.

Brand Sense Partners, a licensing firm that helped Britney release her perfume line, is suing her and her father for $10 million.

Apparently, they signed a deal to be paid 35% comission, but that hasn't happened.

And they are also rumoured to have made another deal with cosmetic Elizabeth Arden Inc. - so they were able to cut out Brand Sense.

Britney Offered Lots For Vegas Gig

Everyones talking about Britney's hot performance in Vegas, and it has now been rumoured that she has been offered $100 million to do a string of shows there!

She performed at Palms Casino Resort, and they were so happy with her peformance that they want her to perform again.

I hope she does! Because I'm off to Vegas in the summer, and if I am anywhere near her, I'd have to be restrained. I LOVE BRITNEY.

Are Cheryl Cole And Simon Cowell at war?

Cheryl Cole has reportedly fallen out with Simon Cowell over the US X Factor. There has been much talk about Cheryl getting the role, then not getting the role, then being close to getting the role that it's even annoying me! Cheryl is reportedly un-happy with Simon's support since she arrived in the US, and feels like he has turned his back on her. A source said: "Simon and Cheryl are not getting on well at the minute. He's been distant towards her and she feels like he's turned his back on her. They have hardly seen eachother since she was in LA. They had a heated conversation by phone earlier in the week after she arrived back in the UK." I can't help but feel that Cheryl has gotten used to getting what she wants. Does she forgot that Simon has to sort out more judges, and not just her? And can he really help it if FOX won't sign her up? Do you want to see Cheryl judge the US X Factor? Simon Trying Hard To Get Cheryl A US X Factor Role?

Simon Cowell is trying his hardest to get Cheryl Cole on the US X Factor.

Fox are refusing to sign her up, as she is 'un-known' in America, but Simon thinks she has good potential.

A source said: "On the judging front, things are changing almost daily, but Simon has put his neck on the line to sell Cheryl to network bosses. After being stonewalled initially, Simon believes he has convinced them to sign off her deal."

Simon and LA Reid are the only two judges confirmed for US X Factor, but Nicki Minaj, Katy Perry, Mariah Carey and Paula Abdul are rumoured to be the next two judges.

It's also been reported that Nicole Scherzinger has taken the role of presenter.

Nicole Scherzinger Will Host X Factor US?

It's not even on the TV yet, but we can't get enough of it!

It's now been reported that Nicole Scherzinger will host The X Factor USA!

Simon has reportedly signed her up, after making a deal with Nicole's american label.

It was reported that Nicole would judge the UK version, but Simon preferred her as host.

An insider told the Daily Mirror: "Never has there been so much behind-the-scenes wheeling and dealing as with X Factor USA. Having lined up Nicole as a potential judge, Simon decided to try something different and unexpected, and have a non-mainstream presenter present."

The source went on to say: "Nicole's had screen tests and is a natural in front of the camera. Autocue does not faze her at all. As an established singer, both as a solo artist and in a group, Nicole will be great with the contestants and knows what she is talking about. Although she's not formally signed, it's all looking very positive."

So, there we go then. It's not confirmed but she probably will host the show. Are you US people excited!?

Well, I told you 'Friday' by Rebecca Black would become the biggest thing ever!

She released her song 'Friday', and since then, there's been talk about it here, there and everywhere!

It's been a trending topic on twitter for ages, too! That means you've made it, that does!

And since she's released Friday, the 'singer' has been bringing in the money.

The song has earned her £850,000 on downloads. From youtube, she's been earning £12,000.

Have you heard the song, 'Friday'? It's the worst song ever, with lyrics that a 3 year old could write, but there's just something about it that's catchy!

The Kardashians Falling Apart?

Kim Kardashian has revealed that she fears her relationship with her sisters, Kourtney and Khloe is falling apart.

They are known for their reality TV programme, and Kim's known for many other things. Let's be honest, she's the most famous Kardashian! (In my opinion, anyway!)

If you watched Kourtney and Kim Take New York last night, you saw Khloe arrive and immediately pair up with Kourtney, prompting Kim to say she fears they are drifting apart.

Kim is about to get ready to go out to their store with Khloe and Kourtney, but finds that when she is ready, Khloe and Kourtney have already left.

Kim says that they should have opened their store, DASH, together, but feels 'so sad' that they went without her.

Will Patsy Palmer Return To Eastenders?

She plays gobby Bianca, and adruptly left the square after an early labour. Since then, there has been much talk that the Eastenders star will not return to Eastenders.

There was also reports saying that she didn't want to return because of the baby swap story, but Patsy has denied these claims, saying: "I have every intention of returning when the time is right. I'm just seeing what happens. I'm not on contract there anymore but I would never write it off."

She did say though that she probably won't return full time, because she wants a personal life and wants to spend time with her new born baby.

Matt Cardle Dating Backing Dancer

It's been talked about for awhile now, but it seems that Matt Cardle really is dating Sarah Robinson, a backing dancer from The X Factor!

Despite Matt saying he was single, reports still claim the pair are an item.

But when asked by The Sun if he was single, Matt replied: "I'm sorry, I can't say that. I can't promise that."

And Sarah feulled the rumours by tweeting: "Missing Sheridan" - Matt's middle name! Apparently, that was their code! Not really much of a code now!

Apparently, its the 'real deal'. Sarah was worried it wouldn't go anywhere once Matt won, but apparently the relationship is just getting stronger.

Jessie J Begins Work On Album 2!

She's only just released her debut album, Who You Are, but Jessie J has revealed she is already planning her second album!

Her debut album, Who You Are, got to number two in the charts, and Price Tag hit number one.

She has revealed she has started writing tracks for the next album, but won't rush the release of it.

She told The Daily Star: "For the next album, I've got three or four songs already written. People say albums should be slices of your life, but to me it should be the whole time. I've had all my life to write this first album, and I don't want to end up having six weeks to write the second. It would only be what I've gone through in those six weeks, which could end up being promo, press, fans and paps - that's not what I want to write about. Until recently, I was a stranger walking around. I could cry on a bridge in the rain and nobody would bat an eyelid."

Sounds a bit like Jessie could be regretting becoming a star?

She went on to say: "Now if I did it'd be, 'Jessie J Breaks Down. Why can't she cope?' Song-writing is a weird balance to get right, but I think if you do it continuously, there'll be a thread. On the next album, I want to take how good I am in concert on to the record."

Nicki Minaj For X Factor USA?

Nicki Minaj has become the new name to become an X Factor judge on the US panel.

The rapper is a random name, but a source has said Simon really likes the hip-hop star.

It hasn't been confirmed for Nicki yet, but Simon likes her personality and how she stands out.

Simon thinks she is very 'sassy'. Other names for the panel are Taylor Momsen. Simon has said that Cheryl Cole, Girls Aloud star and current judge on X Factor UK, has probably missed out on getting a place on the US panel.

One confirmed judge for US X Factor is LA Reid, former Chairman of Island Def Jam records.

Westlife Leave Simon's Record Label

Westlife have left Simon Cowell's SY-CO label after 13 years.

It has been confirmed that the band have signed a new recording deal with Sony.

Louis Walsh confirmed it by saying: "The move is a natural progression. There was no bad feeling."

But it's been obvious for awhile that the boys were getting bored of being with Simon's label.

Simon's label decided not to release another song from Westlifes album Gravity, and it is thought that that is why they decided to leave.

Nicky Byrne told The Metro that things could get 'monotonous at times'.

Jason Gardiner's Hair Transplant!

Mean Dancing On Ice judge, Jason Gardiner, has had a hair transplant, and it's been exposed by Phillip Schofield!

He's landed himself in trouble many times with the things he says, but it now looks like Phillip has landed himself in trouble with Jason.

Every episode, Jason has been wearing flatcaps, and in the pass series he appeared almost bald - now rumours are saying that he has spent £12,000 on the hair transplant.

Phil told This Morning viewers: "I think there are miraculously things going on under that hat. There's magic stuff going on under there but we can't talk about it anymore but there is!"

He went on to say that when Jason appears on the show, the viewers will see for themselves. While Phil talked, Holly told him to keep quiet. Telling him, "You're going to get it on Sunday..."

Jason isn't happy, as he was planning to reveal it all after Dancing On Ice ended.

Wonder if there will be any tension on this Sunday night show?

Katie Price has told Alex Reid she wants a quickie...divorce.

Katie Prices lawyer has filed the papers, and it is said that Katie wants the divorce to end as quickly as possible and she doesn't want any fuss.

But apparently, Alex wants it to go public, and is angry about Katie's new relationship with Leandro Penna.

Cheryl Will Remain On UK X Factor

It has been claimed that Cheryl Cole will remain on the UK X Factor panel, despite reports saying she was leaving to join the US version.

She is rumoured to have signed a mega deal with the UK panel, after being turned down by the US Show.

A source told The Daily Mail: "Cheryl is thrilled about the new deal. She thought her days on the UK X Factor were behind her but the money is too good to refuse. This is Simon's way of making it up to Cheryl for not landing her the US X Factor gig. She was convinced Simon had pulled all the strings to get her on the judging pannel but it's been a disaster. Now Cheryl will make twice the money she was on last year."

The source went on to say that Simon is ready to shake up the UK X Factor, and that Cheryl will play a big part in that. "She's going to be returning with a bang and with Simon no longer appearing on the show he's banking on Cheryl to stir things up."

Britney Spears Touring In The Summer

Britney Spears revealed today in her interview with Ryan Seacrest that she will be touring her new album this summer.

She was asked by Ryan, and confirmed by saying: "Yes, I'm supposed to be going on tour." While her manager said: "The early summer."

But it is un-clear whether or not she will tour in the UK. Her last tour here was her Circus tour.

J.LO Delays New Album Because Of Britney

J.LO has delayed the release of her new album 'Love?' so Britney can release her Femme Fatale album, first.

J.LO heard her seventh studio album would be released on the same day as Britney's seventh studio album - March 29th.

The album will now be released on the 19th April. (A day after Twenty Twenty's I believe!)

It's a great time for her to release this song, isn't it!? Being a judge on American Idol and all...

Charlie Sheen To Become US X Factor Judge?

Simon Cowell has revealed who is in the running to become the judges on the US version of The X Factor.

He also admitted to Jay Leno that many celebritys have asked to join the panel.

Simon then went on to say he was asked by Usher and Paula Abdul, his former American Idol judge, and he is considering them.

He said: "I can't make up my mind. I've been meeting all these people every day and I like them and at the moment I could end up with about 23 judges on this pajnel. One contestant, 23 judges!"

He was then asaked about the Usher rumours, Simon said: "Yeah. I like Usher. He's good."

He then said that Paula Abdul is in the running, then jokingly said: 'Charlie Sheen.'

But was he joking? Lindsay Lohan and Katie Price have been considered!
