My views on Cheryl Being 'Sacked'

Okay, so we've all heard the news by now that Cheryl Cole may have or may not have been 'sacked' from the US version of The X Factor.

And we've all heard that she has reportedly been replaced by co-host Nicole Sherzinger. Nicole was supposed to be presenting the show with welsh presenter, Steve Jones.

If it is true, Cheryl must be feeling humiliated. To have had that big hype around it, and then to have turned up to some auditions, then to have suddenly been dropped must be awful to face.

It's also quite humiliating and a little embarrassing that she has been replaced by Nicole.

Apparently, she has been dropped because she didn't get along with Paula, felt homesick and people had trouble understanding the geordie accent she has. I believe that the last one is the truth, while the other two probably aren't.

So, if she isn't on the US show anymore, do you think she will go back to the UK version of the show? Do you think the UK panel will take her back? And if she does, what about N-Dubz member Tulisa, who was rumoured to be replacing Cheryl on the UK version? Think she will replace Dannii, who left because of Australias Got Talent clashing with the UK auditions?

If she didn't get on the UK version, and is not on the US version, I think it's a perfect time for her to set to work on some new Girls Aloud material.

Do I think Cheryl decided to leave the US version, or do I think she was pushed? I can't possibly say, as it's not confirmed. What do you think?

Cheryl Cole Dropped from US X Factor?

UH-OH! Looks like the American Dream is over for the Girls Aloud star, Cheryl Cole.

We all knew Cheryl would get the job on the US X Factor, and we knew as soon as it was confirmed she would leave the UK panel, but I don't think anyone saw her being dropped from the US panel coming!

Although it hasn't been confirmed yet, it does look pretty certain that she has been dropped, and that she has been replaced by co-host Nicole Sherzinger.

It has been reported by TMZ that the geordie star was dropped after she felt homesick and failed to get along with Paula Abdul.

A reliable source told The Sun: ""It hasn't worked out. She's homesick and wants to return to the UK. She's had enough. Whether she ends up back on UK X Factor is open to speculation."

Cheryl did start filming for the show, but if reports are to be believed, it looks like FOX will have to re-shoot some scenes with Cheryl in it.

Do you believe she has been dropped?

And if she has; been replaced by Nicole Sherzinger, do you think that is a good decision?

Apparently, the basket ball player proposed to the Reality TV star in her bedroom last Wednesday.

The pair confirmed the engagement in a magazine deal with 'People' - as you do.

Kim says: 'I didn't expect this at all. I was in such shock. I never thought it would happen at home, and I never thought now.'

Kris Jenner helped pick out the ring, with basketball player Kris saying: 'I just knew I wanted it to be big.'

And since it went public, the family haven't stopped tweeting about it.

Kris tweeted: 'PALEEEEEZE GIVE ME MORE THAN 9 DAYS!!!!!!!!!! I AM BEGGING.....' If you don't get it, it's because Khloe didn't give that much time for her wedding.

Cheryl Cole Nervous for US X Factor?

It must be hard to launch yourself in the US on your own - but Cheryl is doing just fine!!

At the launch of the X Factor US yesterday, Cheryl revealed everything she felt about the US X Factor, starting with her style choice, describing her hair as "crazy wild hair".

Cheryl told the Daily Mail: "I'm hoping people are going to embrace it. I'm not worried (about my accent). It's going to be interesting. I hear a lot of accents here too. I'm sure there will be words or phases where people are like, excuse me?"

And, what does she think of working with LA Reid? He recently said he had never heard Cheryl's music.

When asked about thew comments, Cheryl said: "I quite like it, it means I feel really challenged. I have so much respect for LA Reid. I've always admired him, so it's great for me."

Simon has said: "She's nervous and so she should be. But when I came out here for the first time nobody knew who I was. I just said I'll do the job I'm being paid to do and hope it works."

X Factor USA Kicks Off With Paula Abdul - Who are the judges?

Yesterday was the moment we had all been waiting for for months - the kick off for the US version of The X Factor.

Many of us wanted to know who would be the judges on the show! You have got to admit, we were all getting a little annoyed!?

While LA Reid had been confirmed, and Cheryl confirmed just days before the auditions began, there was still one more space left that we didn't know about.

And guess who turned up?

None other than Paula Abdul, a judge from American Idol who worked with Simon there, too!

So, finally, we can all stop moaning about who will be the judges - which, lets be honest, we kind of saw coming - and get back to normal, boring lives!

Nicola Roberts Launching Solo Career

Its official - my favourite member of Girls Aloud is getting ready to launch her solo music career.

The Girls Aloud babe revealed that her debut song will be called 'Beat of my Drum'.

She said: "It was important my first single was different to anything else around. I love that it's a song everyone can sing and dance along to. The album has a very British sound, that was important to me. I co-wrote all of the songs on the record. The stories I tell in the album are things that have happened to me and life in general."

She added: "Some are happy, some songs are a little cheeky and one song is sad.''

And she has been working hard for this moment. She said: "
For over a year, I've been in the studio writing my own songs and working towards making my own record."

And is she nervous to be going the music industry with out the other girls?

Of course she is! Saying: "The time has come where I have to come out of my safe bubble that is the studio and share my music with you.... butterflies just got worse... It was important that my record was personal to me. I wanted to be able to look back on the album and know that I have honestly put 100 per cent of myself into it. I've written songs and stories that I have wanted to write for a long time. I really hope that you're able to relate to my music, because that really is what it's all about."

Cheryl Cole Confirmed For X Factor US

X Factor USA Official Promotional Photos

Turns out, Cheryl Cole wasn't confirmed for X Factor US until yesterday - but, it doesn't really matter how I reported it, because we all knew Cheryl would get the role.

Simon let it slip when he said Fox bosses had always wanted her.

She will join the panel with Simon and LA Reid.

Cheryl said: 'I’m so excited to be taking part in the American version of The X Factor. I absolutely love it here in the UK, and with the talent they have out in America, I’m sure we’re going to find someone very special. 'I can’t wait to get started. I just can’t decide whether I am more excited to find and nurture the talent or for the unbelievable amount of amusement and entertainment I will have watching Simon doing everything and anything he can to beat me. He’s tried to beat me for three years in the UK, and hasn’t even come close. His ego must be so bruised. America is gonna love this.'

Are you sad that she will now be on the US version of the show? Or do you think its good for Cheryl?

So, Mariah Carey gave birth to her twins this week, a boy and girl, and didn't reveal the names until now!

Well, she hinted by saying both names began with 'M' - Machoolo, maybe? Miffy? Murnol?

So, what are the real names?

MONROE CANNON & MOROCCAN SCOTT CANNON.

Not too weird, really, are they?

Do you like them?

Royal Wriggly Worm

Aww - how sweet!

If you look at the royal wedding photographs, you can see one of the bridesmaids are holding a £1 toy wriggly worm.

The toy was given to the bridesmaid by Prince Harry who was worried that she would be overwhelmed by the media attention.

How cute!

Cheryl Cole Makes Will.I.Am Manager

Well, this is random.

Cheryl Cole has ditched Hilary Shaw, and made the Black Eyed Peas star her manager - claims News Of The World.

Cheryl reportedly wants Will to become her manager as she prepares to launch herself in the US.

An insider said: “This is all about taking Cheryl’s career to a whole new level. Will.i.am believes in her to the degree where he’s prepared to stake his reputation on making her a success. He’s going to be responsible for her career worldwide. Hilary has been brilliant for Cheryl but the fact is she needed someone who was well-known in America to push things forward. One of the great things about Will is he believes in Cheryl as a musician and singer as well.”

But don't worry about Cheryl's relationship with Hilary, she will still manage Girls Aloud.

Do you think this is a good choice of Cheryl?
