Michael Lohan has followed in his daughters shoes and has got himself a court hearing on August 18 after he has been charged with second degree harrasment.
Reports are claiming that Michael Lohan attacked his fiancee, Kate Major. According to some, Major accused Lohan of attacking her by flipping over her chair, throwing a shoe at her, and kicking her in the mouth.
He has denied the charges, and released a statement which said that Major was 'heavily intoxicated' at the time of the incident.
