Heidi Montag has tweeted old pal Lauren Conrad about Spencer Pratt, her soon to be ex-husband - after he has been promoting a sex tape of them both.
She tweeted: "@LaurenConrad you were right! Spencer is soooooooooooooooooooooooo ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sucky!!!" - Lauren and Heidi fell out on The Hills, after Lauren warned Heidi about Spencer, and Heidi ignored it.
Heidi has tweeted Lauren before, saying she was watching Season 1 of The Hills, she said she misses everyone, especially Lauren.
Lauren and Heidi were best friends, they had both moved over to LA together to prepare their lives.
Lauren hasn't replied to Heidi, but it was clear that she hated Spencer.
Spencer is planning to sell sex tapes of him and Heidi if she doesn't do another reality show with him, and is also planning a say all interview, where he 'wont hold anything back'.
I think Lauren and Heidi should make up, they should stick together, because Im sure Lauren misses Heidi, too. And Spencer should give up on trying to be famous.
