X Factor has come under fire again after Treyc Cohen was sent out, despite performing her save song better than Katie...

Treyc & Katie were in the bottom two, and had to sing for survival. Katie sang her song, and sat down on the floor, forgetting her words, while Treyc's performance wasn't too good, but was better than Katies.

Simon said: "Treyc has the best vocie, yet Katie is more of a better performer." - Despite it being a SINGING contest, Simon sent home Treyc.

Cheryl refused to vote, as it was two of her girls in the bottom, but then said she would put it to deadlock when the other two judges voted.

Dannii sent home Katie, while Louis went with 'his heart' and voted for Treyc to go.

Fans expected to see Cheryl put it to deadlock, instead, it was said Treyc's time was over.

Fans have been in outrage after Cheryl refused to vote, and after it didn't go to deadlock.
