Louis Walsh Denies Sex Assaults Against Male

Louis Walsh has denied claims that he assaulted a man in a night club.

The X Factor judge was accused by a 24-year-old dad. The man claims that Louis Walsh groped him in a bathroom after a Westlife gig.

Louis spoke out about the claims, saying: "The allegations made against me are wholly false and with no foundation. I will happily co-operate fully with the police and am 100% confident after a full investigation I will be fully exonerated."

His spokesperson also said: "Louis categorically denies any wrongdoing and will fight to clear his name.He vigorously denies all of the allegations. If contacted by the police he will willingly co-operate with any investigation."

CCTV has been given to the police. The man claims that he had a conversation with Louis in the hotels private Global Bar, and also spoke to him in Krystle nightclub.

The man claims that the assault took place when both himself and Louis went to the night club toilet.

The police have not interviewed Louis yet, but if he is, a file could be sent to Ireland's Director of Public Prosecutions. A decision will be made on whether or not Louis will be prosecuted.

Lindsay Lohan is back in court

I think this may have been her final chance - which should have been ages ago...

Lindsay Lohan is due in court again today, after reportedly violating her probation yet again. A test showed she was positive of drinking alcohol when she shouldn't have been.

TMZ reports that she tested positive for alcohol early this month, and could face even more jail time. She was also tested for drugs twice, but both came back negative - which is a good sign, maybe?

Lindsay, who was under house arrest, could be removed from that and put straight into jail.

Lindsay was told by the judge that she was not allowed to drink alcohol while on probation. Will she be able to make an excuse this time?

Is it poor Lindsay anymore? Or has she finally blown her chances?

Miley and Liam Get Back Together

People freaked yesterday, after photos of Miley and ex-boyfriend Liam Hemsworth were seen.

The photos showed Miley and Liam wandering together through Australia, igniting rumours that the couple are back on.

The couple were together for a year - REALLY!? - but broke up in November, so it's good to see they've worked things out.

R.I.P Spiderman - Marvel kill off superhero

Marvel comics killed off Peter Parker in 'Ultimate Comics Spider-Man #160' - which hit stores yesterday.

Peter Parker - Spiderman - is killed by his nemesis, Green Goblin. He dies in Mary Jane's arms.

Brian Michael, who writes the comics said: "I went upstairs to my wife, and I go, 'I am so embarrassed. I think I've literally been crying for 45 minutes.' I've had real things happen in my life I didn't cry about, and yet I'm crying about this."

But is it the end of Spiderman?

According to MARVEL.COM, the death of Peter Parker has made room for the all-new Spiderman!

Editor-in-chief Axel Alonso, said: "We've never seen a world without Spider-Man, a world without Peter Parker, so his death is a significant event for the Ultimate Comics Universe and we're going to see how quickly it changes everything."

Axel continued: “But Peter’s death doesn't signal the end .... it’s the start of one of the most ambitious stories you’ve ever read in comics.”

The storyline is set to shock people in July, when 'Ultimate Comics Fallout' launches. It shows what happens after the death of Peter Parker, and the new spiderman.

Marvel says, 'you won't believe who's under the mask'.

Current Glee cast to be axed?

Creator of Glee, Ryan Murphy, has revealed something that many Glee fans won't be happy about.

He told Ryan Seacrest that the current cast will be replaced at the end of Series 3.

Murphy revealed that the current cast will graduate, and move on from the school, leaving more room for talent.

Murphy said: "That is true. I don't think of it in terms of eliminating or replacing. Because I think the thing about this cast is people love them and they are incredibly talented. They've left sort of an indelible mark."

Are you worried that Sue will be gone? Well, don't worry! Both Sue and Will will stay!

Murphy revealed that he wanted to stay realistic, saying: "The thing that I wanted to do and the cast wanted to do, we didn't want to have a show where they were in high school for eight years. We really wanted it to be true to that experience."

He then added: "We thought it would be really cool if we were true to the timeline."

Harry Potter fans have been waiting on edge since J.K Rowling announced something new would come in the form of Harry Potter, and, finally, it's been revealed!

At a press conference this morning, J.K Rowling announced she will be launching 'Pottermore' - and online, free-to-use- website.

The sit will have E-Books, information on the famous characters we love, places and objects in the Harry Potter films and books. The E-Books will allow you to download and buy the books.

You will also be able to join Harry on his magical adventures! You can join Hogwarts, too! You will get to try on the sorting hat and be sorted into your houses. You join the chapters, and become a Wizard or Witch yourself, learning and practicing spells!

Their will also be an online shop - I hope you will be able to buy things that you see and hear about in the films and books! I assume the actual copies of the books will be sold, too.

When you sign up for the site, you get to choose a magical username.

Pottermore - www.pottermore.com - will open in October 2011, but you are able to register on July 31st, Harry Potter's birthday!

If you are one of the first million to register, you gain early entry, and be asked to put the final touches to the experience.
