Louis Walsh has denied claims that he assaulted a man in a night club.
The X Factor judge was accused by a 24-year-old dad. The man claims that Louis Walsh groped him in a bathroom after a Westlife gig.
Louis spoke out about the claims, saying: "The allegations made against me are wholly false and with no foundation. I will happily co-operate fully with the police and am 100% confident after a full investigation I will be fully exonerated."
His spokesperson also said: "Louis categorically denies any wrongdoing and will fight to clear his name.He vigorously denies all of the allegations. If contacted by the police he will willingly co-operate with any investigation."
CCTV has been given to the police. The man claims that he had a conversation with Louis in the hotels private Global Bar, and also spoke to him in Krystle nightclub.
The man claims that the assault took place when both himself and Louis went to the night club toilet.
The police have not interviewed Louis yet, but if he is, a file could be sent to Ireland's Director of Public Prosecutions. A decision will be made on whether or not Louis will be prosecuted.
