Katy Perry Sues Magazine

Don't make up rumours about Katy Perry - especially if that rumour claims she cheated on Russell Brand just a few days after getting married.

An Australian magazine claimed the California Gurls singer had an affair with a record producer, who had worked on her two hits, California Gurls and Teenage Dream.

The record producers name is Benny Blanco, who has also worked with Ke$ha, Britney Spears and Justin Bieber.

The magazine had Katy's 'friends', 'Angela Summers' and 'Marlon David' reveal the affair, yet Katy doesn't even know who these people are. Hmmmmm.....

Katy filed papers this week, which read: "By reason of the publication of the article the plaintiff (Perry) has been gravely injured in her reputation and feelings (and) has suffered distress, embarrassment and humiliation."

William And Kate Leave For Honeymoon

The new royally weds have left for their honeymoon - but where have they gone?

That's the question on everybody's lips - the pair left London this morning in a helicopter to fly to their mystery destination.

It's rumoured that they first will go to Scotland, where The Queen has private homes they could use.

It's also rumoured they could go to South Africa, where Wills has an affection for. They could also be going to is Jordan.

Where ever they go, lets hope they have a nice time!

Lindsay Lohan Sentenced To 120 Days In Jail

Lindsay Lohan has been sentenced to 120 days in jail after she was caught trying to steal a necklase.

Lindsay Lohan left a shop without paying for a £1,500 necklase, which violated her probation, resulting in her having to serve 120 days in jail.

Lindsay denied the charge, but was still sentenced to 120 days and 480 hours community service - in a morgue and other places.

I feel sorry for Lindsay - please sort yourself out! You're too talented for prison!

Ke$ha Wants Till The World Ends Remix To Take Over

Ke$ha has revealed that she wants the 'Till The World Ends' remix with Nicki Minaj and Britney Spears to take over the radio airwaves.

Ke$ha told MTV news: "I'm a massive fan of both the ladies I share the track with. I wrote 'TTWE' for Britney with Dr. Luke and Max and she killed it and I loved it, but I just thought a supergroup of three hot, strong women could just take over the airwaves."

And she isn't wrong!

Ke$ha went on to say: "I'm such a massive fan of Britney and I'm such a massive supporter of Nicki and a fan, and chicks sometimes don't team up. I don't know why, but I'm, like, huge on the girl power, so I just wanted to make a power girl track take over."

Nicki Minaj And Ke$ha: Superbass Remix

Nicki Minaj and Ke$ha seem to have become good friends after getting together to feature on the remix of 'Till The World Ends' with Britney Spears.

It's rumoured that Ke$ha has done a remixed collaboration with Nicki for her new song, 'Superbass'.

Nicki's just finished shooting the music video for the song, and it looks like Ke$ha is on it, too!

Ke$ha sent a tweet about the remix after, but deleted it to keep the project a secret.

Kate Middleton: The Dress

We all wanted to see what Kate Middleton's dress looked like and we all wanted to know who designed it!

When it was revealed, everyone around the country sighed with envy. There was no denying how beautiful Kate Middleton looked.

For years to come, the dress will never be outdated. The dress looked elegant and very classy. It wasn't over-done, either.

Alexander McQueen and Sarah Burton designed and created the dress.

Was it the best gown seen at a Royal Wedding? I think so!

And we all saw that moment when William didn't see his bride until she was right by him. He turned to her and said, 'You look beautiful.'

Did you love her dress? I did.

Princess Diana Would Have Been Proud

Princess Diana would have loved to have seen her eldest son marry, but sadly, that didn't happen.

It's sad that a beautiful woman was taken from us before her children grew up. It was sad that she never got to meet Kate Middleton, who now has the ring Diana once wore.

But as Kate Middleton and Prince William stepped down from West Minister Abbey as a married couple, a ray of sunshine shone down.

It's nice to think that Diana was looking on proud, and was welcoming Kate into her family.

Rest In Peace Diana.

Kate & Wills: First Public Kiss

It was a moment in history. A moment we were all looking forward to.

Today, Kate Middleton married Prince William.

And after the wedding was given, no one could wait for the first public kiss from the newly royally wed.

There it is. Beautiful.

Congrats to both Kate and William! Diana would have been proud!

Will.I.Am: X Factor Wont Work Without Cheryl or Simon

Black Eyed Peas star, Will.I.Am, has revealed that he doesn't think The X Factor UK will work now that Cheryl and Simon are leaving for the US version.

The Sun claims that Will said that both judges are 'irreplaceable' on the panel.

He told The Sun: "I don't think there is much doubt that Simon and Cheryl are the main two guys. Simon is the glue that holds everything together and people love to watch him, and Cheryl is like a queen in the UK. They are both irreplaceable. I am sure their replacements on the show are going to be big names and, to be honest, they will have to be."

"Cheryl has had the last three winners," he added. "I don't think there is another female out there who can do what she does on the show. She is one of a kind. I think the UK show can still be really fun but I don't see how it can be the same without the two most-loved judges."

Cheryl Cole Confirmed For X Factor US

Simon Cowell has confirmed that Cheryl Cole will be a judge on the US X Factor along with Paula Abdul and LA Reid.

It's been on our lips for weeks - 'Will she be a judge?' 'Won't she be a judge?' 'I just want to bloody know if she's a judge or not!' - but now it's finally been confirmed by Simon himself!

"She's got a great ability to communicate. She's a great judge." Simon gushed. "She's smart. If people take to her like the British public did, I think she's going to do really well in America."

So, it's not looking good for US X Factor. Looks like we won't have Cheryl on the panel this year.

And did FOX bosses really not want her? According to Simon, they couldn't wait to sign her up. "They wanted her all the time. They absolutely fell in love with her. In a way, the deal was almost conditional on Cheryl having the gig. They were desperate for her."

Rebecca Black Isn't Just The Friday Girl

Rebecca Black has revealed she wants to be taken seriously in the music industry.

The star, who's debut song Friday, has been mocked by the world, has been getting death threats and other various insults.

The song finally over took Justin Bieber with most views on youtube, getting 100 million times.

In an interview with AP, Rebecca said: "I don't want to be known as the 'Friday' girl. Hopefully, I can be known as Rebecca Black and not the 'Friday' girl. I want to be a performing artist - that's what I've always wanted to do."

She also revealed that her future songs will be different from Friday and that she also hopes people will give her actual voice a chance.

Katie Price In Life Threatening Crash

Katie Price and boyfriend Leandro Penna were involved in a 'life threatening' crash last night in Argentina.

The pair were driving in an open top 4x4 when two wild horses ran out in front of the car.

The car, driven by Leandro, hit the horses, which instantly killed them, while Katie and Leandro had injuries and serious whip lash.

Katie said she is lucky to be alive, knowing she was close to death, but she was more upset and worried about the escaped horses, being a rider herself.

She told the Daily Mirror: "It was absolutely terrifying. It all happened in a flash. I have absolutely no idea how I wasn't badly injured. I feel so lucky, but more than anything, I'm just distraught about the horses. It was so upsetting."

Dannii Minogue Wont Re-New X Factor Contract

It has been reported that Dannii Minogue will not re-new her X Factor contract, because she wants to focus on her fashion line, music career and home life.

It's rumoured that Dannii has known for awhile now that she would have to leave, and that she feels this year is right, especially after Simon Cowell has left the panel.

An insider said: "Dannii has thought long and hard about whether to quit and although she loves the programme she feels it's the right time to go. Simon has already left and with Cheryl also looking likely to leave too Dannii has decided that a fresh start is needed. She wants to focus on her home life and fashion line and is thinking about her musical come back. She doesn't want to be forced into releasing a certain type of music in which she would have little creative input, just to please X Factor bosses."

Girls Aloud To Return In 2012

Recent reports have said that Girls Aloud will return in 2012, but without Cheryl Cole.

Now reports have said they will return in 2012 with Cheryl Cole. I can't keep up! I just want them to come back!!

But, it HAS been confirmed by their manager that Girls Aloud WILL get back together next year to mark their 10th anniversary.

She said: "Everybody wants them to make a come back and it will be next year. Well, it is their 10th anniversary so there will be something."

She did say, though, not to expect a studio album just yet, as Cheryl Cole is busy with The X Factor.

While Cheryl is rumoured to be getting a seat on X Factor USA, Nicola is working on her first solo album, Sarah is acting and Kimberly is presenting.

Hilary Shaw, their manager, said about the rumours: "The girls are still getting on great, they speak all the time, and that includes Cheryl and Nadine with the other girls. Cheryl is keen to get back with the girls and is planning something which could be a one-off or some gigs."
