Oh, Lindsay...
The troubled star was seen falling out of a bar, making everyone say that she had been drinking.
But Lindsay has denied it, saying on her facebook: "I'm a klutz!"
After the fall, Lindsay was seen struggling to get back to her feet, then seen with her head on the floor, laughing with two of her friends.
It wouldn't be such a big deal - everyone likes getting wasted - but Lindsay has been banned from drinking because of her probation.
Lindsay then said on her twitter: "Funny how making a joke can turn into..... well, me falling and a story.. #twisted"
And a statement released by TMZ by Lindsay says: "I was NOT drinking, nor do I drink! I was with my brother, sister and friends. I was making a joke. Just because I'm out doesn't mean I'm drinking."
Looks like you're in trouble, Lindsay...
