Simon said in a conference her name has been put forward.
If she does become a judge, she will sit with Simon, LA Reid and an un-confirmed judge. Rumoured to be Cheryl Cole, Nicki Minaj or Paula Abdul.
"All I can tell you is that her name has been put forward, like with a lot of people we have spoken to, we have to check everybody's availability." Says Simon.
