Justin Bieber has been cleared of charges that said he assaulted a 12-year-old boy during a laster tag game in October.
Justin was being investigated after punching him, and swore at the boy.
Justin was accused of screaming at him after he called Justin an 'homophobic' insult.
Police have decided not to pursue the investigation.
