Since being caught smoking a bong - some say legal herb subtance Salvia, some say cannabis - Miley has been in the news every day!
First, Billy Ray Cyrus said he was said that Miley had done in, and now her best firned has called her a bitch and a bully - oooooh!
The friend said: "Miley was not bullied in school like she claims in her book Miles To Go."
She then goes on to say she was the bully, calling a fat girl a "lesbian" and a "dyke."
