The pair have got to South Africa for New Years, and were apparently spotted kissing on New Years!
The pair have been denying the romance for months - but it's so obvious they are loving each other.
Apparently, they kissed in front of all the party people, and didn't care who saw them. One source said: "Cheryl and Derek are together and don't care who knows it."
Derek's closest friend, Corky Ballas, tweeted: "I don't think its a secret they're dating."
