Lindsay is certainly being confident in herself!
Apparently, she was spotted at a party with some friends at a Venice bar, where she stayed until Midnight!
And it looks like she's violated her DUI probation.
A source said: "She was out partying until 1AM last night and needed a police escort to get home."
She's been told she is not allowed to bars where drug users usually hang out. If she did go to this bar, she could go back to jail for defying the judge.
