Lindsay Lohan is holding out a caring hand to Charlie Sheen....seriously.
Charlie's just gone (back) to rehab, and Lindsay is said to be extremely worried for him.
Apparently, Lindsay can understand what Sheen's going through - he's just been at a three day long cocaine fuelled party which has put him in the midst of a life or death situation.
A source of Lindsay's said: "Lindsay understands the problem of having the wrong people around and wants Charlie to understand that he needs to surround himself with positive, sober people."
