Reports say that Cheryl Cole wants to leave the UK so she can go to America because she 'needs to escape' her ex-husband Ashley Cole.
Recent reports have said they are working things out, and Cheryl said she still loves him.
New magazine have claimed that she still wants to put the marriage behind her and move to the US, even if she doesn't get the US X Factor role.
An insider told the magazine: "She said Ashley is a constant shadow over her and she needs to leave the UK to get some head space. Cheryl is coming to the US whether she gets the X Factor gig or not. She's done with England and all the furore surounding Ashley. Her divorce has been finalised, but she still feels like she can't get away from him."
