A jeweller has accused Lindsay of also trying to steal a pair of diamond earrings.
The claim comes from the same shop she was accused of stealing the necklase.
A clerk stopped her from taking the earrings. Four days later the necklase went missing.
According to TMZ, she tried on the earrings, but only took one off, prompting her to try getting away with just the one on.
A police report says: "Lohan gathered her things and started to leave the jewellery store without making a purchase. Lohan's hair was flipped to one side, covering the diamond earring. The clerk stopped her and reminded Lohan she was still wearing the earring. Lohan laughed, admitted to her mistake and removed the earring from her ear and returned it to the clerk."
