Looks like my report had an affect on the girls - I'm sure it didn't, but lets say it did...
Girls Aloud will get back together early next year for a re-union tour!
The girls have said many times that they will get together, but haven't given a date. But now apparently it's been pencilled in for early next year.
A source close to the band said: "Early next year is pencilled in for the re-union tour. It's going to be absolutely massive. Cheryl could be a US superstar by then if her appearance on American X Factor goes according to plan this autumn, so they want to capitalise on that. It will also be the band's 10-year-anniversary in 2012, so the timing is just perfect."
They took a 12-month break, but haven't performed together for 19-months. Since then, they've been working on solo projects. Nicola's working on her debut solo album, Nadine and Cheryl have released albums, and Kimberly's presenting. Sarah is also getting married.
