Miley Cyrus has been spotted with a new boy - and it looks like he is her boyfriend - with video footage of them hugging!
They were filmed hugging in a Los Angeles park.
He is Josh Bowman, a co-star from her up-coming film, "Undercover".
Dissapointing much? It's probably promotion for the film, and when that ends, they won't be together. (What happened to Liam? Justin? Nick?)
